Information for Physicians
If your patient is interested in participating in a clinical trial, please fill out the following form and send it to the Charité Comprehensive Cancer Center (CCCC):
- Contact form for physicians (downloads).
If you would like the CCCC team to contact your patient directly, please also submit the following documents to us:
- radiological images on CD (X-ray, CT, MRI)
- Copies of the written radiological findings
- medical reports on existing diseases
- Pathology findings, if applicable
- Declaration of consent for patients (downloads)
