DKTK-CCCC-Seminar 23.03.2015: High-throughput functional cancer genomics in mice

Dear Colleagues,
We cordially invite you to the next DKTK / CCCC Seminar. Our guest will be Univ.-Prof. Dr. med. Roland Rad (Klinikum rechts der Isar, Technische Universität München) presenting his work on high-throughput functional cancer genomics in mice.

Speaker: Univ.-Prof. Dr. med. Roland Rad
Title: High-throughput functional cancer genomics in mice
Date: Monday, March 23, 2015, 4:30 pm
Venue: Charité, Comprehensive Cancer Center | Conference room, 3rd Floor

Roland Rad, a clinician scientist at the DKTK partner site Klinikum rechts der Isar, Technische Universität München, has developed novel transposon-based tool kits for insertional mutagenesis in mice to uncover genetic networks of tumorigenesis in a forward genetic approach. He will show, how these tools enable the study of biological processes, such as tumor initiation, progression, metastasis or treatment resistance on a genome-wide scale at an organismal level.

Please see the attached flyer announcement for the upcoming DKTK/CCCC Seminar.
